Fair City Fire:

Formed in 2014, Fair City Fire is a groove-oriented, in-your-face Rock and Roll band out of Austin, TX. Their sound is marked by tasteful guitar work, driving rhythm section, and powerhouse vocals that command attention. The band has a history of successful local performances, including such at Austin staples as Antone’s, Stubbs, Mohawk and Empire Control Room.

In March of 2015, FCF released the “Say It Loud” EP. In support of it, they hit the road for an East Coast/Midwest tour, traveling to New York and back. In 2016, they followed up with their first full length album “The Simple Truth”. The supporting tour lead them to an expanded list of cities including Dallas, Nashville, Indianapolis, Chicago, Columbus, Cleveland, Binghamton, NYC, Charlotte, Atlanta and Houston. 2016, also found them the recipient of the Austin Music Foundation’s Artist of the Month for August.

Fair City Fire saw their sound and fan base grow more than ever in 2017. The expansive “Radio Attack Tour” put the band in cities both familiar and new in support of their single “Attack”. The second annual “Too Damn Hot Affair”, a charity concert event created and hosted by the band, put them in front of an impressive crowd at the legendary Antone’s in August 2017. FCF also features interviews with a wide range of their favorite people involved with the Austin music scene on their very own “Say It Loud” podcast once a week.

They released their second full length album, Shake Your Bones, April 13, 2018 at Stubbs in Austin to rave reviews. Followed by a national tour performing in 17 cities all over the US. Some highlights of the summer 2018 include an official in-store performance at Waterloo Records and, more recently, a supporting set for national act, Grizzly Bear.
