Celt Division is an Irish punk, pop, and folk band formed in Kokkola, Finland in 2019. Blending high-energy punk rhythms with the melodies of traditional Irish folk and catchy pop hooks, Celt Division delivers an energetic live show featuring mandolin, guitar, violin, tin whistle, bass, and drums, all backed by powerful four-part vocal harmonies. Since their formation, the band has played over 150 shows across Finland, lighting up bars, clubs, and festivals with their infectious energy and crowd-pleasing setlist. Their performances are packed with spirited covers of traditional Irish favorites like “The Irish Rover,” “Danny Boy,” “Galway Girl,” and “Star of the County Down,” along with high-energy punk anthems by bands like Dropkick Murphys and Flogging Molly — guaranteeing a night of music that’s rowdy, heartfelt, and unforgettable.
