Bag Policy

To help ensure a safe and efficient entry process for all guests, Buffalo Iron Works enforces the following bag policy:

Allowed Bags

  • Small Clutches
Small, non-clear clutches are permitted and should be no larger than approximately 4.5″ x 6.5″ or 6″ x 9″.
These are intended for essentials such as phones, wallets, and keys.
  • Fanny Packs & Small Bags
Clear fanny packs or small clear crossbody bags are permitted.
Bag size must remain within venue-approved limits and is subject to inspection at entry.

Not Permitted

  • Large purses, backpacks, or oversized bags
  • Any bag that exceeds the approved size limits

Exceptions

  • Medical bags and essential family/childcare bags are permitted.
These items may be subject to additional screening upon entry.

All bags are subject to search. Buffalo Iron Works reserves the right to deny entry for any bag that does not comply with this policy. These measures are in place to help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for guests, artists, and staff.

Cameras & Media Requests

All Media Requests need to go through BIW Marketing first and will need a media badge when in the room.

No outside professional cameras are allowed in the room without prior media approval.

Re-Entry

– No more VENUE RE-ENTRY POST 10:00 PM.

– No more re-entry for UNDERAGE guests period.

Seating

As you can imagine, seats are a hot commodity with us because we only have so many to offer.
We have the following for seating options:
  • 14 bar stools lining the bar
  • 5-6 tables on the lower platform with chairs
  • 8-10 tables on the upper platform with chairs
  • Tables and chairs lining our patio during the summer months
If the show is selling well (200+), we remove the tables and chairs from the lower area – leaving the only option for seating in the balcony.
To manage all of the requests and keep it fair, we are charging a fee in order to reserve tables with us.
Reserve Seating

*Max 4 per reservation.

If you have any handicap or ADA requests, we honor those separately.  Please reach out to [email protected] to reserve.
Let us know if you have any other questions and have a great time at the show!
